ROSE C. PIBLICK (nee Colantino), age 100, of Ann’s Choice, formerly of Somerton, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2022. Rose grew up in South Philadelphia and was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School. After graduation she attended business school, and entered the work force at the Upholsterers International Union where she was an employee for over 40 years. Rose enjoyed working and through her work she cultivated many friendships with co-workers which have lasted to this day.
Upon retiring, Rose enjoyed traveling and participating in a senior social club at her church in Somerton and then upon entering residence at Ann’s Choice in Warminster.
Rose was a devoted wife to the late Henry Publick and a loving sister to the late Rudy Colantino and Angelina DiLeo. She was a beloved aunt to Maria Colantino and Dot Nolan and her husband, Greg. Rose cherished being a great aunt to her two great nephews Greg Nolan (wife Sarah) and Robert Nolan (wife Rachel), and also her great-great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 9:30am until 10:30am at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116, immediately followed by her funeral mass 10:30am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
