Obituary for Anthony E. D'Alessandro
ANTHONY E. D’ALESSANDRO, age 57, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted husband to Denise (nee Quattrone). Loving father to Alicia (Francis) and Stephanie (Michael). Beloved brother to Edward (Donna) and MaryJane (Michael).
Anthony worked for the United States Postal Service for 35 years. He was also known around the neighborhood as Anthony the Window Cleaner. In his free time he loved fishing and skiing and spending time with his family. Anthony is also survived by many nieces and nephews who lovingly refer to him as “Uncle Choo” because of his love of model trains.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday, February 19, 2021, from 10:00am until 11:30am at St. Anselm Church, 12670 Dunks Ferry Road, Philadelphia, PA 19154, followed by his funeral mass 11:30am. Burial will be in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Phila. PA 19111 or Fox Chase .org.
Anyone attending Anthony’s service must wear a mask, practice social distancing, and refrain from physical contact.
