RICHARD D. O'NEILL, age 73, a dedicated Philadelphia Police officer serving over twenty years in the city's 22nd police district, passed away on Dec. 30, 2012. Devoted husband of the late Dorothy (nee Lloyd). Loving father of Richard D. O'Neill, Jr. and his wife, Andrea; Michael S. O'Neill and his wife, Barbara; and Jennifer M. Sell and her husband, William. Beloved grandfather of Richard Daniel, Alexis Marie, Kimberly Nicole, William Robert and Katelyn Dorothy. Dear brother of Rita Russell, Jane Olsen, Isabelle Lisa, Vincent O'Neill and the late George and Paul O'Neill.
