My name is Amanda Sumner and I worked with Rich for years by phone and email as I am located in Chicago. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Rich in 2012 at NACE in New Orleans, LA. I can honestly say that I don't think I have ever met a kinder soul.
May he rest in peace.
